What you will be doing: As a website chat support specialist, you’ll connect with a specific company and spend your working hours responding to customer inquiries through their integrated chat system. Complete training will be provided to familiarize you with the role and common customer questions, plus you’ll have access to a dedicated supervisor who can assist whenever you need guidance on unfamiliar topics.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date
Rate: Beginning at $25 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of using chat platforms and browsing websites. Capacity to manage tasks without constant supervision. Competence in adhering to detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum of 5+ weekly hours available. Strong, dependable internet service.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
