Summary: We’re seeking an enthusiastic entry-level professional to support our sales, customer service, and marketing team. You’ll help customers find the right products for their business while gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments.

About the role:

You’ll work directly with customers helping them select equipment and products for their business needs. Since all our sales are inbound, there’s no cold calling involved — customers come to us, and you’ll help guide them to the right solution.
You’ll spend your time across several key areas:
Daily responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails
- Assisting customers in selecting the right products and equipment
- Providing customer support and troubleshooting
- Creating and managing social media content
- Writing blog posts and website content
- Supporting marketing strategy and campaigns
- Hands-on work with equipment and products
- Various special projects as needed
You’ll wear multiple hats and get exposure to different areas of the business, which means rapid skill-building and variety every day. Some travel may be required for initial training and team meetings.
Skills/background needed:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, sometimes fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Organisational skills
No previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is necessary. We provide full training and will support you every step of the way.
