We’re hiring a Search Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute search engine marketing strategies for our clients, working across multiple platforms to optimize campaigns and drive results.
This is an entry-level position—no prior experience required. We provide full training on all the tools and strategies you’ll need to succeed.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with our marketing team and clients to lead search marketing strategy and identify the best ways to support client goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Manage search marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure key metrics
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic
- Monitor client budgets and ensure spending aligns with monthly targets
- Write compelling ad copy and marketing content in different styles
- Conduct ongoing tests to improve campaign performance
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly to clients and team members
Skills and Background Needed
Required:
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Solid problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions professionally
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts
- Experience with content management systems
