Your Responsibilities:

Document customer concerns and vehicle issues clearly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time
Explain services and repairs in clear, honest language
Schedule and manage service appointments
Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and timelines
Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills/background needed:
Strong customer service skills and a focus on satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
No prior automotive experience required – full training provided
