We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our automotive repair team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the main point of contact between customers and our repair technicians—making you essential to the experience our customers receive.
Roles: You’ll be responsible for greeting customers and building relationships with them, listening to their concerns and documenting them clearly, writing and managing repair orders from start to finish, reviewing vehicle inspections and technician recommendations, explaining repairs and maintenance options, providing estimates and getting customer approvals, keeping customers updated throughout their service, working with technicians to keep jobs on track, managing multiple vehicles and deadlines, following up after service is complete, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. No weekend shifts.
Skills/background needed: No prior automotive experience is required—we provide full training for the right person. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. You should be comfortable in a busy work environment, have strong customer service instincts, be able to manage multiple tasks at once, work well with others, and take pride in your workspace and appearance. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and motivated to grow with us.
