We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented people to join our team as Service Advisors. You’ll work directly with customers and technicians to manage service orders and keep everything running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and loves learning on the job.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing and managing service repair orders
- Communicating with technicians, customers, and suppliers
- Tracking service jobs in progress and keeping customers updated
- Meeting monthly targets and helping customers find the right solutions
- Building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Skills/background needed:
- Strong customer service attitude and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organised, positive, and motivated to help others
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using the internet and basic computer tools
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of a 5-day work week
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Spanish language skills are a bonus but not required
