Job Overview
As a Service Writer, you’ll work in an auto care facility where customers bring their vehicles for maintenance and repairs while they shop. You’ll be the point of contact between customers and our service team, helping to ensure every vehicle is cared for properly.
This is a rewarding position with opportunities for hands-on training, skill development, and learning how modern service operations work. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Writer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their service needs, documenting vehicle information and service requests, communicating with the service team, and keeping customers informed about their vehicles. You’ll develop strong communication skills and gain valuable experience in customer service and automotive operations.
Skills/background needed: No experience necessary. We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable talking with customers, attention to detail, and able to work as part of a team. Basic computer skills are helpful but not required – training will be provided.
