We’re hiring a Service Writer to join our automotive service team. No prior experience necessary – we’ll provide full training to help you succeed in this role.
As a Service Writer, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, documenting their service requests and ensuring their vehicles receive the right care. You’ll work closely with our experienced technicians and supportive team to deliver excellent customer service every day.

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns• Document service requests accurately• Communicate with technicians and customers• Help build lasting customer relationships• Learn automotive service processes on the job
