We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our automotive repair team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll inspect vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities:
Inspect vehicles and determine repairs needed
Prepare accurate estimates and work orders
Communicate with customers and coordinate with repair technicians
Order and verify parts as needed
Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
Document all repairs with photos and written records
Review completed work and ensure proper documentation and billing
Skills/background needed:
Basic experience in automotive repair or service writing (training provided for entry-level candidates)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders
Comfortable using computer systems and software
Attention to detail and accuracy with written documentation
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
