We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our automotive repair team. You’ll be the key point of contact between customers and our service team, documenting vehicle needs, creating estimates, and ensuring every customer receives excellent care from start to finish.
Roles: Document service recommendations, write estimates, create sales orders, communicate vehicle status to customers, support team members with complex vehicle knowledge, help achieve sales goals.
What you’ll do:
• Learn our service procedures and product offerings in depth
• Understand vehicle systems and how to communicate repair recommendations to customers
• Write accurate estimates and order parts for services
• Create and manage sales orders
• Build strong customer relationships by keeping them informed about their vehicle status
• Balance multiple priorities and manage your time effectively
• Support other team members, especially with more complex vehicle knowledge questions
• Work towards individual and team goals
Skills/background needed: No experience is required – we provide full training. You should be willing to learn about vehicle systems, comfortable with point-of-sale systems, have a professional appearance, and hold a valid driver’s license. Sales experience is a bonus but not required.
