About the Role:
You’ll be the main point of contact between customers and the technical team, ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience. This is a great entry-level position where you’ll develop valuable communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers warmly and listen to their needs with professionalism and care
• Explain repairs and costs in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Schedule appointments efficiently and keep customers updated on their service status
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure repairs are completed on time and to standard
• Handle customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Use scheduling software to manage appointments and maintain accurate records
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
• Organised and comfortable with scheduling and time management
• Willingness to learn about automotive systems and repair processes
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required – full training will be provided.
