We are looking for a creative Social Content Producer to help develop and share compelling visual stories online. This is a hands-on role focused on creating approximately two polished social posts per week for Instagram and LinkedIn, with occasional video content.
The Role
You will work with a small team to develop a monthly content calendar, produce publication-ready posts including short-form videos and carousels, photograph and film behind-the-scenes processes, and write clear captions that communicate both creative and technical dimensions of projects. You will also research archives, repurpose existing photography and video into new content, interview team members when relevant to stories, create simple graphics and supporting assets, and maintain an organized library of content and source materials.
This is primarily an in-person role based at the workplace, with flexibility for some editing and planning work to be completed from home. You will occasionally visit local project sites.
What We’re Looking For
You do not need prior professional experience. We are looking for someone who:
• Is genuinely interested in creative work, design, materials, and how things are made
• Can recognize a compelling story within a project or process and communicate it clearly
• Has experience with or is willing to learn video editing software
• Is comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats
• Has strong writing, research, and attention to detail
• Is organized, can work independently, and is comfortable working safely in an active workplace environment
• Has a portfolio or examples demonstrating visual storytelling and short-form video (if available)
Experience with graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, interviewing, or contemporary art is helpful but not required. Full training on tools and workflows will be provided.
What Success Looks Like
Your goal will be to build a distinctive visual identity and show the complexity, quality, and values behind creative work. You will turn everyday processes—designing, problem-solving, and collaborating—into compelling stories that resonate with an online audience.
