Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our day-to-day social media operations. You’ll play a key role in content creation, community management, and campaign execution across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote, entry-level position perfect for someone eager to launch a career in social media and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the day-to-day management of social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and timely engagement across platforms
• Brainstorm, create, and edit engaging social content in multiple formats (video, static images, carousels, stories) using popular creation tools
• Help manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure accurate, on-time publishing across all channels
• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to identify content opportunities aligned with our brand
• Write engaging social media copy that captures attention and encourages audience interaction
• Support community management by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Assist with performance tracking, social listening, and reporting to help measure campaign success
• Support user-generated content and influencer collaboration initiatives, including content sourcing and outreach
• Collaborate with team members across departments to execute projects on time and aligned with brand guidelines
Skills/background needed:
• Experience managing social media pages and creating content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube
• Comfort using content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or platform-native editors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and organized with a passion for social media and digital trends
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates with relevant experience
