This is an entry-level role perfect for someone looking to build experience in social media management and content creation. You’ll work part-time supporting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks including social media management, email campaigns, design work, data entry, and community events. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided, and you’ll learn directly from experienced team members.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to social media audience feedback and questions across multiple platforms
• Help manage the marketing calendar, including scheduling posts and creating content
• Update website pages and create new content as needed
• Design posters, signage, and graphics using Canva or Adobe
• Assist in planning, organizing, and running community events and programs
• Connect with local businesses and organizations to build partnerships
• Enter data accurately into company systems
• Support monthly promotions and sales activities
• Cover basic marketing duties when needed
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
• Strong attention to detail and basic creativity
• Comfortable working on a computer most of the day
• Ability to follow direction and work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Experience or willingness to learn: Canva, Adobe, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or administrative roles is helpful but not required

This role involves spending extended periods at a computer, and may include periods of standing, walking, and reaching. You’ll need reliable, punctual attendance and the ability to perform the essential functions of the role. Full training will be provided to help you succeed.
