This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:

• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social posts that drives engagement and meets performance goals
• Create and organize multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience
• Support internal teams by creating PR, marketing, and social media content as needed
• Help coordinate with partners and other departments to capture and share content across our channels
• Maintain our content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled and published on time with accurate links, tags, and asset information
• Stay informed about best practices on each platform and suggest ways to improve our content performance
Community Management
• Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages across our social channels
• Engage with our community in a friendly, authentic voice that reflects our brand
• Identify emerging conversations and fan sentiment that could present opportunities or require attention from your manager
Reporting & Optimization
• Track social media performance metrics and help prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Analyse what’s working and recommend improvements for future campaigns
• Identify trending topics and platform updates that could benefit our content strategy
Skills & Background Needed:
• Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging copy for social media
• Experience with at least one social media platform (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with content management basics and platform analytics
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• A portfolio showing examples of social media content, writing samples, or digital projects you’ve worked on (or be ready to discuss examples during interview)
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus, but we’ll train you
• Interest in sports, entertainment, or digital media is a bonus, but not required
What We Provide:
• Full training and onboarding to help you succeed from day one
• Mentorship from an experienced content management team
• Flexible, fully remote work arrangement – work from home on your own schedule
• Supportive, collaborative team environment
• Opportunity to develop real-world skills in digital content and community engagement
• Clear potential for growth into more senior content roles as you develop experience
