Schedule: Flexible hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work).
About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, social media management, and digital storytelling. You’ll be responsible for planning, producing, and managing content across social platforms, helping grow our brand presence while creating engaging stories that reach and inspire our audience.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable on camera when needed – someone who understands how social media works and can turn ideas into content that performs. While you may capture short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content, the primary focus is planning, managing, and distributing content across platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Content Strategy & Management:
Plan and manage a consistent content calendar across social media platforms. Develop content strategies that align with marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to turn ideas, updates, and industry insights into engaging content. Repurpose content into high-performing social posts, clips, and short-form videos.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while maintaining an active community. Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on analytics.
Video & Content Production:
Capture and produce short-form social media content. Film interviews, educational clips, and behind-the-scenes material. Edit short-form videos optimized for social platforms. Assist with content production for marketing initiatives and promotions.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration:
Work with leadership and marketing teams to promote product updates, educational content, customer success stories, and events. Ensure messaging remains consistent with brand voice and guidelines.
Skills/background needed:
Experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar role is a plus, but not required. Strong understanding of social media and current content trends. Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms. Ability to manage content calendars and campaigns across multiple platforms. Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable filming content and occasionally appearing on camera.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools. Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms. Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals. Basic photography and videography skills.
Bonus Experience:
Managing B2B social media accounts. Creating educational or product marketing content. Background in technology or SaaS industries.
Why This Role:
Work with a fast-growing technology company. Join a collaborative, people-first team that values creative thinking. Have the freedom to experiment with modern marketing strategies. Help shape the voice of a national brand. Be part of a supportive environment where you can learn and grow.
