About the role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated person to help grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms. You’ll develop and execute social media strategies while creating engaging content that showcases our brand, services, and expertise. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute social media content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Create engaging short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and posts. Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Stay current with social media trends, popular sounds, hashtags, and emerging content formats. Assist with filming, editing, and organizing short-form and long-form video content. Write engaging captions, titles, and descriptions. Maintain a consistent social media content and posting schedule. Monitor social media analytics and recommend ways to improve performance. Research competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities. Collaborate with our team to create content featuring our services, treatments, and promotions.
Skills/background needed
Experience managing or creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is helpful but not required. A basic understanding of social media and current trends is useful. Any experience creating short-form video content is a bonus. A creative mindset with an eye for visual content is important. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar editing tools is helpful. Strong communication and organizational skills. Marketing, communications, social media, or related experience is preferred but not necessary.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full Time
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
