What you may work on:
- Creating Instagram and TikTok content
- Editing short-form videos and reels
- Creating graphics or carousels in Canva
- Writing captions and content ideas
- Working with client-provided photos and videos
- Photography and videography, depending on your skills and the project
- Communicating directly with business owners about their content needs
Who we’re looking for:
- Anyone interested in building creative skills and professional experience
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with tools such as Canva is helpful, but not required
- Creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients
- Able to meet agreed-upon project deadlines
- Interested in gaining hands-on marketing experience
How projects work:
This is not a traditional hourly position with guaranteed weekly hours. Instead, creators join our talent network and may be matched with paid client projects based on your skills, interests, availability, and location.
Before accepting a project, you’ll receive information about the client, expected deliverables, timeline, and compensation. You are never required to accept a project.
A typical project may involve creating approximately 8 pieces of social media content per month for a business. Compensation is established before you accept each project.
Some projects can be completed from home using content provided by the client, while others may require occasional in-person work. Any in-person expectations will be disclosed before you accept the project.

Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. Full training provided. You do not need an extensive professional portfolio to apply—examples of creative work (social media content, photography, videos, graphics, or accounts you’ve managed) are helpful but not required.
Location: Flexible, with some projects available as remote work and others requiring occasional in-person collaboration.
