Social Media Content Creator – Entry Level Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to develop and execute social media strategies across client accounts. This role combines content creation, strategy, and day-to-day execution. You will plan content, create video and photo assets, manage posting schedules, and help drive performance across platforms.

This is not just a content creation role. You will think strategically about what content should be created, why it matters, and how it performs—particularly in business-to-business marketing environments.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies for client accounts

• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with overall marketing goals

• Create social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Capture photo and video content during in-person shoots and events

• Edit short-form video content using industry-standard tools

• Write captions and manage posting and scheduling across platforms

• Monitor content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and results

• Collaborate with the internal team to align social media with broader campaigns and initiatives

• Repurpose long-form content into social-ready assets

• Stay on top of trends and proactively suggest new content ideas

• Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with client strategy

Skills/background needed:

• Experience developing and managing social media for business-to-business brands or clients

• Ability to translate complex products or services into engaging social content

• Understanding of business-to-business social media best practices and audience engagement

• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for brands or companies

• Experience developing LinkedIn content strategies and campaigns

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices, including content formats and performance metrics

• Experience writing compelling copy for social platforms

• Comfort creating both video and photo content, including filming and editing short-form video

• Ability to independently shoot and edit content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software

• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Ability to generate content ideas while thinking critically about what drives engagement and results

• Comfort managing posting, scheduling, and content calendars

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and ensure polished, on-brand content

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Contractor role with potential to evolve into a longer-term or full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
