We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Content Creator to help manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll create compelling posts, graphics, and videos, monitor audience engagement, and help shape our brand’s digital presence. No prior experience necessary—full training will be provided.
Duties
Develop and execute social media content campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand guidelines.
Monitor social media channels for audience feedback, comments, and brand mentions to inform content strategies.
Use graphic design and video editing tools to produce visual content.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics to understand what resonates with your audience.
Review analytics and performance data to assess what’s working and continuously improve content strategy.
Engage authentically with followers and community members to build brand loyalty and foster meaningful connections.
Skills/background needed
Interest in social media and digital marketing (no prior professional experience required).
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail and consistency.
Basic graphic design and video editing ability, or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Ability to understand basic analytics and metrics to measure campaign success.
Enthusiasm for creating content and engaging with online communities.
