We’re seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to build and manage our growing digital presence. This is a hands-on content role where you’ll work directly with our team, identify content opportunities, film and edit videos, and turn everyday moments into engaging educational and promotional content.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
Film team members, behind-the-scenes moments and eventsCreate and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and similar platformsDevelop compelling hooks, captions, concepts and calls-to-actionCapture high-quality photos and videos using smartphone or camera equipmentBatch-create content to maintain a consistent publishing scheduleIdentify trending topics, formats and content opportunities
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube accountsPublish original and repurposed content across multiple daily touchpointsSchedule and publish posts consistentlyRespond to comments and engage with your communityHelp coordinate and produce live sessionsMonitor platform performance and trending topics
Digital Presence & Marketing
Help manage your organisation’s online business profileCreate posts and content for your business profileAssist with review engagementMaintain accurate photos and business informationHelp update website content, service information and promotional pagesCoordinate with external web professionals when technical support is neededPromote events, offers and new services through campaignsDevelop a monthly content calendarTrack and report on reach, engagement, website traffic and other key metricsBring new creative ideas to the team regularly
What We’re Looking For
You are creative and genuinely enthusiastic about social mediaYou’re comfortable filming and directing other peopleYou have experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok or similar platformsYou’re comfortable using video editing tools like Canva or similar softwareYou can write strong, engaging captions and social copyYou’re organised and able to manage multiple content projects at onceYou work well independently without needing constant directionYou’re professional and respectful in a business environmentYou’re interested in health, wellness and related fields
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness or beauty is helpful but not required. We value demonstrated ability and portfolio quality over formal qualifications. A marketing degree is not necessary.

Role: Social Media & Content Creator, Full Time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
Contract length: Full Time
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week during standard business hours. Some flexibility required for occasional evening events, live sessions or special campaigns. Some editing and planning work may be done remotely when appropriate.
