Social Media Content Creator – Full Time (Remote)

About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to be the face and voice of our brand at industry events and trade shows. You’ll conduct on-camera interviews, shoot and edit content in real time, and manage social media engagement across our channels. This is a full-time position with regular travel to events (approximately 50% of the time).

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Travel to industry shows and events to capture brand stories and attendee experiences
• Conduct on-camera interviews with brands, attendees, and industry professionals
• Shoot and edit content in real time using mobile-first editing tools
• Create and publish platform-ready social posts daily across all channels
• Track and report on content performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to align event content with broader brand strategy
• Support other media initiatives as needed

Skills and background needed

• Proven experience creating social media content or working on-camera (required)
• Strong ability to create and edit mobile-first content quickly
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working active days at events
• Natural on-camera presence and ability to make people comfortable during interviews
• Experience or willingness to learn drone operation
• Ability to work cross-functionally and align event work with team priorities
• Broadcast journalism background or prior experience in broadcast media is a plus

What success looks like

In your first 30 days, you’ll learn our brand voice, content workflows, and editing tools while observing or co-covering your first event. By day 60, you’ll be independently covering events from start to finish—filming, editing, and publishing same-day content. By day 90, you’ll be consistently delivering high-engagement content on a predictable schedule with a growing library of authentic interviews.

Your team

You’ll work with our Content and Social team in a data-driven, results-focused environment. Your team values fresh ideas, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

As you develop your skills in on-camera presence and content creation, you’ll build a strong portfolio while growing your professional network. High performers can transition into content strategy, social media management, or on-camera talent roles as our team expands.
