• Comfortable working directly with hospitality teams
• Data-driven and able to interpret analytics

Skills/Background Needed

Prior experience managing social media for restaurants, bars, cafés, hospitality groups, or other food & beverage businesses is essential. You should have examples of real work you’ve managed, including successful content and trackable performance data.

Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility. While much of the work can be done remotely, you must live close enough to client locations to visit in person for content creation a minimum of 2 scheduled days per month. These on-site days will be used to capture photo and video content, film short-form videos, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and stay familiar with the business, team, and customer experience.

The role also requires a flexible schedule. Hospitality social media work doesn’t always fit standard business hours. You may need to work evenings, weekends, or during special events, menu launches, and time-sensitive content opportunities. You should be able to communicate clearly, plan ahead, and adapt when work requires it.
