About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to help build our online presence across social platforms. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging food, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content and knows how to turn everyday moments into posts people want to watch and share.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has a strong eye for aesthetics and current social media trends, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
• Create original photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos of lifestyle, food, atmosphere, events, and promotions
• Develop creative Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other engaging social content
• Stay current with social media trends, sounds, and content formats
• Help develop monthly and weekly content ideas and posting plans
• Attend events and busy periods to capture content in real time
• Edit photos and videos for social media using editing tools and apps
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand presence across platforms
• Monitor engagement and use social media insights to improve content
• Bring new creative ideas to the table and take initiative independently
Skills/background needed:
• Experience with social media, content creation, photography, or marketing (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Comfortable filming and appearing on camera in a busy environment
• Ability to take high-quality photos and videos using a phone or camera
• Familiarity with video and photo editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Creative eye for lifestyle and hospitality content
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work around changing schedules
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Hours will vary based on business needs and content opportunities. You’ll need to be comfortable working some evenings, weekends, and during special events as needed. Flexibility is important, as some of the best content happens during peak times.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part Time
