About the Position
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive content creator to help grow our brand’s social media presence. This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating videos, taking photos, following trends, and coming up with new ideas to engage audiences.
This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t simply wait for instructions. We want someone who can look at products, locations, promotions, and brand opportunities and think: “How can we turn this into great content?”
What You’ll Do
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Come up with new, creative, and trendy video ideas that capture attention
• Take high-quality photos and videos of products, locations, and events
• Follow current TikTok and Instagram trends and find creative ways to adapt them to the brand
• Film, edit, and produce videos from concept to finished post
• Create Instagram Stories and other social media content
• Write engaging captions and promotional content
• Visit different locations to capture fresh and unique content
• Work with management to develop weekly content ideas and plans
• Monitor engagement and identify what types of content perform best
• Continuously look for new ways to increase reach, engagement, and followers

• Thinks outside the box and brings new ideas to the table
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling and engage with content
• Keeps up with current social media trends
• Can take an idea from concept to filming, editing, and posting
• Is a problem solver who can find another way when something doesn’t work
• Is proactive and takes initiative with content ideas
• Has a strong eye for photography, video, lighting, composition, and presentation
• Is comfortable filming around customers and in public settings
• Is reliable, organized, professional, and energetic
• Can travel between different locations when needed
Preferred Experience
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Experience creating short-form videos
• Experience with Canva or similar editing tools
• Photography or videography experience
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brand environments is a plus
• A portfolio or examples of previous work is helpful
A degree is not required. We care about your creativity, ideas, and ability to create engaging content. If you don’t have a formal portfolio, you can explain your experience creating social media content in your application.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part Time
Expected hours: 20–30 hours per week
Schedule: Some flexibility in scheduling, with occasional weekend or event availability.
Location: Local positions available.
