We’re looking for an enthusiastic content creator to join our social media team. This is a perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video production, social media strategy, and digital marketing while working part-time in a supportive environment. You’ll be creating engaging short-form video content, learning industry best practices, and collaborating with a creative team. No prior professional experience necessary—we provide full training and guidance throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, on-brand short-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Brainstorm ideas, write scripts, plan shots, film, and edit video content
- Work with the social media team to review content, receive feedback, and refine videos before publishing
- Publish videos on schedule and track how they perform with audiences
- Stay informed about trending topics, sounds, and video formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Respond to messages and comments from followers in a friendly and professional way
- Use social media scheduling tools to plan content calendars and review performance data
- Take on additional social media projects as needed
Skills/background needed:
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (or willingness to learn)
- Experience filming and editing video content, or strong interest in learning these skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to transform ideas into polished, shareable videos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera and speaking clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent brand messaging
- Basic comfort with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work outdoors occasionally
- Available to work 10–15 hours per week in a flexible arrangement
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
