We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Manager to help build and manage our growing presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the social media strategy and content calendar
Schedule and publish approved platform-specific posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos
Coordinate content with team members including writers, videographers, editors, and designers
Write or refine captions, hooks, titles, and calls to action
Maintain a consistent brand voice and polished visual presence across all platforms
Monitor comments and messages, engage professionally, and respond to inquiries appropriately
Track performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics
Identify relevant trends, collaborations, and content opportunities
Confirm that all content has the required approvals before publication
About You
Skills/background needed: Strong writing and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ability to work with analytics, strong attention to detail, professional and dependable, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and collaborating with a creative team. Experience with healthcare, beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands is a plus—not required. Basic design or video-editing ability is helpful but not essential.
Full training will be provided. No prior social media management experience is required—we welcome enthusiastic beginners ready to learn and grow with the role.
