About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Social Media & Content Producer to help create and publish engaging content across multiple platforms. You’ll work with source materials and public information to create compelling posts, short videos, and visual assets for social media. This role is perfect for someone starting their journey in digital content creation and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
• Create and publish blog posts based on news, public information, and provided source materials
• Convert blog content into social media posts and assets
• Publish and manage content across platforms
Social Media Management
• Produce and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Create short-form video content, captions, and visual assets
• Engage audiences with creative, consistent content
AI-Driven Content Creation
• Use modern AI tools to transform source materials into first drafts
• Generate graphics, social media posts, and short videos efficiently
• Develop a streamlined workflow from concept to final asset
Compliance & Quality Standards
• Follow content guidelines and brand voice standards
• Ensure accuracy and quality across all materials
• Maintain professional editing standards
Digital Advertising (Basic)
• Assist with posting and managing basic paid social media ads
• Support campaign scheduling and boosted posts
Skills & Background Needed
• Comfortable using AI tools and understanding their capabilities and limitations
• Experience or strong familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design tools
• Ability to use WordPress for blog publishing
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Runway
• Multilingual skills
• Any background in marketing or content creation
