Social Media & Content Specialist – Entry Level, Hybrid

We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This hybrid role combines video production, graphic design, and social media management to create engaging content that showcases our brand and connects with our audience.

You’ll work across multiple creative disciplines—developing strategy, creating compelling video and multimedia content, and executing campaigns. While video production is the core focus, you’ll also support graphic design, social media scheduling, and internal communications as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Creative Design & Visual Strategy: Design high-quality visual assets across digital graphics, social media content, web banners, advertisements, and promotional materials, taking projects from concept through final delivery.

Social Media Growth & Brand Storytelling: Manage our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others) with engaging, high-energy content. Create posts that capture attention, showcase our culture and values, and resonate with both our audience and business partners.

Event Marketing Support: Capture digital content at company events, post real-time updates, and help organize marketing initiatives both in-person and online.

Video Strategy & Production: Participate in planning, filming, and editing video series and campaigns. This includes brainstorming, scriptwriting, production coordination, and final editing.

Digital Communications & Content Management: Write and design engaging company communications, newsletters, and email announcements. Maintain web content and internal resources to keep everything fresh and relevant.

Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns, manage the content calendar, and maintain consistent branding across all channels.

Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital files, photos, and videos, and support team members with assets as needed.

Analytics & Trends: Track and report on the performance of campaigns and content. Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices.

Trend Spotting & Innovation: Explore new tools and techniques—including AI-powered solutions—to improve workflow and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Skills & Background Needed

Essential:

  • Proficiency with design software like Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and how to create engaging content
  • Solid creative writing skills—able to write clever, clear, engaging copy
  • Basic photography, videography, or video editing experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social advertising
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry (but we’ll teach you if you’re a quick learner)
  • Portfolio or social media examples showcasing your design and video work

What We’re Looking For

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re curious about trends, eager to learn new tools, and confident taking projects from idea to completion. You communicate clearly and creatively, and you’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, you’re excited about video content and visual storytelling.

Entry-Level Welcome

You don’t need years of professional experience. If you have a portfolio (or social media examples) showing your eye for design and video work, and you’re eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and you’ll work with a supportive team to develop your skills further.
