Are you passionate about social media and connecting with audiences online? We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Content Specialist to join our fully remote team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Moderating and responding to comments across social media channels using brand-specific voice and tone
• Writing engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement
• Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
• Flagging important issues, insights, or emerging trends to the wider team
• Becoming a trusted voice for our clients’ brands – understanding their strategy, audience, and tone
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills in English – clarity, grammar, and spelling matter
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Ability to write for different brands and adapt your tone for various audiences
• Comfort engaging with diverse content topics (technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, and more)
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and genuine customer service instincts
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
• No experience required – we welcome applicants new to the field
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, permanent position. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts across a 24-hour cycle, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Specific shift patterns will be discussed during the application process.
