About this role: You’ll be responsible for capturing and sharing engaging content that tells the story of the organisation through photography and social media. You’ll also provide transportation support as needed, combining creative content work with practical logistics.
What you’ll do:
Content Creation & Management:• Take high-quality photos of daily activities, special events, and key moments that capture the spirit and values of the organisation• Manage, organise, and upload photos for internal communication, social media, and archives• Sort and catalog photos throughout the year for use in newsletters, marketing materials, and promotional content• Create and post engaging content to social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) following established guidelines and posting schedules• Work with leadership to develop and execute a weekly content planTransportation & Logistics:• Drive participants and staff to and from off-site trips, airports, or other assigned locations• Support off-site activities and events, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all• Assist with programme events and activities, including setup, photography, and other logistical needs• Support team activities and transitions as assignedGeneral Support:• Set a positive example and contribute to a supportive team environment• Prepare written evaluations and documentation as requested by leadership
Skills/background needed:• Age 21 or over with a valid driver’s license• Ability to drive a van (training provided if needed)• Interest in or experience with photography, videography, or social media content creation (preferred but not required — full training provided)• Comfortable using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook• Reliable, organised, and eager to learn• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Contract length: Seasonal or fixed-term contract
