We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help build and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance to connect with audiences and build our community. Duties
Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create visual content using design tools like Canva to enhance posts and campaigns.
Manage social media scheduling and publishing to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Monitor social media channels to gather insights on audience interests, trending topics, and what competitors are doing.
Research keywords and optimize content to increase visibility on social platforms.
Analyze social media analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with team members and support branding initiatives.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign success.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build community relationships.
Skills/background needed
Interest in social media management and content creation. No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
Comfort using design tools like Canva to create visual content.
Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to write engaging posts aligned with brand guidelines.
Willingness to learn social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Attention to detail when proofreading content before publishing.
Team player who enjoys collaborating with others and building community relationships.
