About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing our digital presence across all social media channels, websites, and online review platforms. You’ll support the marketing team with content coordination, campaign needs, and brand reputation efforts. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training.
What you’ll do
• Monitor and manage all social media accounts and online review channels
• Create clear, accurate, and brand-consistent content for social media, websites, and advertising materials
• Ensure all published information is factually correct and meets high editorial standards
• Support the marketing team with advertising campaigns and content coordination
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills/background needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong passion for social media, digital engagement, and online communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Graphic design or light web coding experience is a plus
• Prior social media coordinator experience is beneficial but not required
