About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help build and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, community management, and social strategy while working with a supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Planning: Help develop and organize monthly content calendars for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. You’ll curate content ideas and help bring them to life.
Community Engagement: Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from followers in a friendly and professional manner. Build genuine connections and foster a welcoming community around our brand.
Content Optimization: Learn how to use hashtags, captions, and visual elements to help our content reach more people and encourage engagement.
Influencer Support: Assist with identifying and building relationships with content creators and influencers, and help manage user-generated content opportunities.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with platform updates and emerging trends in social media and the home décor industry.
Performance Tracking: Help monitor social media metrics and provide insights on what’s working well. You’ll learn to use analytics to guide future content decisions.
Skills/background needed:
No prior professional experience required—we provide full training. However, we’d love to hear from you if you have:
A genuine enthusiasm for social media and home décor or design
Basic familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A creative mindset and keen eye for visual content
Familiarity with design tools like Canva (or willingness to learn)
Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms
