We’re looking for someone early in their career who is creative, understands social media, and wants to learn and grow quickly. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team where you’ll get exposure to much more than you would in a typical entry-level role.
You’ll work on social media content creation, video editing, graphic design, influencer partnerships, and professional shoots. You’ll learn how creative work and social media directly tie into ecommerce and paid advertising. Best of all, you’ll get real responsibility from day one and work closely with experienced team members who will mentor you.
What you’ll do
• Come up with ideas for Reels, TikToks, ads, and other social content
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut
• Create ads and graphics using Canva and similar design software
• Write hooks, captions, scripts, and ad concepts
• Help plan and coordinate professional photo and video shoots
• Work with photographers, models, and content creators
• Turn raw footage into engaging content
• Learn how creative strategy connects to ecommerce and paid advertising
Skills/background needed
The most important quality is that you understand good content and can recognize why a video works. You should be creative, organized, dependable, and a good learner. Experience creating social media content is preferred, and experience making ads is a bonus—but neither is required. You do not need to already know every tool we use. We care much more about whether you can learn quickly and produce strong work.
Contract length
Part time, with potential to transition to full time as the role grows.
Hours
20–30 hours per week.
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location
Hybrid role. We prefer team members who can work on-site at least twice per week.
