Social Media & Creative Content Coordinator – Remote (Entry Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media & Creative Content Coordinator to help build a digital creative presence by transforming audio content and releases into engaging visual campaigns and rollout strategies. You will work with creative briefs, develop content concepts, and manage the day-to-day social media presence across multiple platforms.

In this role, you’ll balance creative storytelling with platform best practices to grow audience reach. Whether editing short-form videos, planning campaign timelines, or analyzing performance data, you will own the creative output—learning as you go with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Strategy

• Analyze existing creative assets and project themes to help build and maintain brand guidelines (visual style, core themes, tone of voice)

• Assist in developing campaign frameworks and rollout plans for content releases and promotional timelines

• Research and identify content trends, themes, and concepts that align with brand identity

Content Creation & Production

• Generate video concepts and ideas based on provided creative briefs

• Edit and refine short-form video content using standard editing software, maintaining brand consistency

• Create video thumbnails and optimize visual assets for different platforms

• Develop platform-specific publishing strategies, including hashtag research and optimal posting windows across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Social Media Operations & Analytics

• Prepare finalized video assets with publishing guides (captions, hashtags, suggested posting times)

• Research platform trends, formats, and best practices to maximize content reach

• Monitor and report on key content performance metrics (views, engagement, reach)

• Use analytics insights to suggest improvements to content strategy

Skills & Background Needed

• Experience with short-form video content or social media management (portfolio or examples appreciated, but not required)

• Familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

• Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and platform analytics

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand voice

• Enthusiasm for creative work and willingness to learn platform mechanics
