Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator – Full Time (On-Site)

About the role: We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our online presence. This is an active, visible role centred on sharing inspiring stories and vibrant news through our website, social media channels, and digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

This on-site position requires a presence at events and activities during standard business hours, as well as evenings and weekends, to capture authentic moments in real time. Non-traditional hours are part of the role.

Your day-to-day: You’ll balance creative storytelling with strategic campaign management across multiple digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include discovering compelling stories, writing engaging content, producing high-quality photo and video content, and directing paid advertising efforts on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll also target the right audiences, manage ad budgets, and track performance using analytics tools to optimise results.

What you’ll need: Strong communication skills, a solid grasp of online advertising, and familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure results. Being organised, self-motivated, and collaborative is essential for thriving in this fast-paced role. Experience with content management systems and AI-assisted content creation tools is a plus, but training will be provided.

Entry-level welcome: You may have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience—but if you’re just starting out and have passion for social media and digital marketing, we want to hear from you. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Skills/background needed: Demonstrated experience with social media strategy and content management, managing paid advertising campaigns, and using content management systems. Prior experience in an institutional setting is helpful but not required. You must be authorised to work and hold a current, valid driver’s licence.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-time, Exempt status

Location: On-site position

Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and access to on-campus facilities and events.
