About this role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a fully remote basis. You’ll support our marketing and promotional efforts by creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and helping to grow our online community across multiple platforms.
This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop your skills in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. Full training will be provided, and you’ll work as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What you’ll do
• Create social and digital media content including videos, images, and written posts across multiple platforms
• Manage and oversee social media accounts
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategy
• Collaborate with colleagues on both strategy and content creation
• Update social media posting schedules and monitor activity across platforms
• Monitor trending topics and hashtags to identify content opportunities
• Track and analyze social media performance and marketing results
• Identify ways to improve processes and grow engagement
• Support team members with questions and ensure all content follows best practices
Skills and background needed
No prior professional experience required. We’re looking for someone with:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Basic design skills or experience with photography and video (training provided)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze data and understand basic analytics
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
