Job Summary: Bring your creative energy to social media! In this role, you’ll create engaging content, tell authentic stories, and build meaningful connections with an online community across multiple platforms. You’ll own our day-to-day social presence, develop compelling posts and videos, and help grow our brand through genuine engagement. What You’ll Do:
Content Creation
Create engaging social-first content including short-form videos, photography, graphics, stories and reels across platforms.
Capture authentic moments and develop compelling visual stories.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content.
Repurpose and adapt content to maximize reach across different platforms.
Social Channel Management
Own the social content calendar and manage daily publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Monitor conversations, respond to followers and manage user-generated content.
Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities.
Track performance using analytics and optimize content based on results.
Community Growth
Manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Collaborate with internal teams and creators on campaigns and projects.
Identify and escalate any customer service or reputation issues when needed.
Help tell the stories that strengthen our brand’s connection with the community.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required! We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic about social media and content creation. You should have strong writing skills, experience with or willingness to learn video and visual content creation, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Experience with content creation tools such as Canva is helpful but not required – full training provided. You’ll need to be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects. A creative mindset and genuine passion for community engagement are what matter most.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
