About This Role
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help build and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content, analyze how our posts are performing, and engage with our community to build lasting relationships. You’ll use your skills in social media, content creation, and digital analytics to drive our online growth and brand recognition.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using design and editing tools
• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance analytics to optimize reach and engagement
• Research customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategies
• Run social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility and generate leads
• Track digital marketing performance and prepare reports on social media metrics and campaign effectiveness
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty
Skills/background needed
• Experience managing social media platforms for brands or organisations (or a portfolio showing successful social media work)
• Skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing
• Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics
• Familiarity with social media management applications and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of paid advertising strategies on social platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and branding consistency
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions
• No prior professional experience required—full training provided
