About this role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to help develop and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll work with popular social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to create engaging content, build community, and grow our online presence. Full training will be provided – no prior experience is necessary.
What you’ll be doing:
Content & Strategy: Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms. Help identify trending topics and adapt them into content that resonates with our audience. Work with the team to develop ideas for new content and campaigns.
Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages across social channels. Respond to community members in a timely and friendly way. Help build relationships with followers and identify opportunities to engage with our audience.
Analytics & Performance: Track how our posts are performing using built-in analytics tools. Share insights with the team about what’s working and what we can improve. Learn to use data to guide content decisions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay aware of emerging trends, platform updates, and new features. Share ideas for how we can use these to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members across the organization. Support other team members with their social media needs and ask questions when you need guidance.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary – we’ll train you. A genuine interest in social media and current trends is what matters most. You should be comfortable using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest as a user. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important. You’re organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks. You’re proactive, curious, and willing to learn. A positive attitude and willingness to work with others are essential.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time position.
Location: Fully remote – work from home.
