We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and bring our brand to life through engaging content. You will work with a supportive team to develop strategies, create compelling posts, and track performance across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands digital marketing best practices and can translate marketing efforts into measurable growth. This is a hybrid role requiring some in-office time to capture photos and videos and collaborate with the team.
Duties
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Write captions, use relevant hashtags, and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Develop a monthly content calendar
• Capture photos and videos during in-office visits
• Monitor comments and engage with your audience
• Track and analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports
• Collaborate with team members to align marketing with business goals
• Coordinate branding and messaging across all marketing materials
• Stay current on social media trends and platform updates
Skills/background needed
• Experience managing social media accounts (portfolio helpful but not required)
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Photography and short-form video creation skills
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software
• Knowledge of current social media trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic performance data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Full training will be provided
