About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to build and manage our social presence and help showcase our brand at a high level. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone starting their career in social media management.
You’ll manage our primary social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Your role will be to turn photos, videos, highlights, training footage, and program updates into consistent, professional content that engages our audience and grows our brand.
What You’ll Do
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
• Create and publish posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos
• Write engaging, clear captions
• Maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule
• Promote events, tryouts, training, camps, and program announcements
• Organize and repurpose photos and videos from our content team
• Engage with comments and build community through our online presence
• Monitor performance metrics and audience growth
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand across all platforms
Skills/background needed:
• Interest in social media management and digital storytelling
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Interest in creating short-form video content
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools (or willingness to learn)
• Interest in current social media trends
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stick to a content schedule
• Sports interest is a plus, but not required
