About This Role
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our venue team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our social media channels during live events, creating real-time coverage and engaging with our audience. You’ll work alongside the marketing team and venue leadership to capture and share the energy of each show.
What You’ll Do
• Create and post real-time event coverage on social media platforms including Instagram Stories
• Capture high-quality video clips using your phone as guided by the marketing team
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly
• Stay current with social media trends and platform features to keep content fresh and engaging
• Work with the venue photographer to ensure quality content is captured
• Collaborate with other departments to highlight venue offerings and special experiences
• Manage event signage, posters, banners, and digital displays
• Support general venue operations as needed on event nights
Skills & Background Needed
• Experience managing Instagram accounts (your own or for others)
• Interest in events, music, sports, or marketing
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to problem-solve independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue
• A bachelor’s degree is nice to have, but not required
