This position focuses on social media and content creation while ensuring digital platforms and marketing materials remain current and consistent. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking photos and videos, creating engaging social content, staying organized, and managing weekly marketing responsibilities independently.

This is a fully remote or on-site role (details to be confirmed), and you’ll work closely with the broader marketing team while building a strong social presence for the venue.

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

  • Create and publish social media posts (typically 1-2 per week across platforms)
  • Rotate content between different types: lifestyle content, food and drink features, staff highlights, events, and venue updates
  • Maintain consistent activity throughout the week by sharing stories and updates
  • Capture quality photos and videos using provided equipment or your own device
  • Stay aware of events, specials, promotions, and trending topics to create timely social content
  • Organize and archive content photos regularly for easy access
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns (typically one per month)
  • Help identify relevant events, promotions, and venue updates for marketing campaigns
  • Review the venue website regularly to ensure all information (hours, events, promotions) is accurate and up to date
  • Monitor in-venue marketing materials and replace outdated items as needed
  • Submit design requests through available systems with complete information and appropriate lead time
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on upcoming campaigns, events, and promotional needs

Skills/background needed:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content
  • Comfortable taking quality photos and videos (of food, drinks, people, and venues)
  • Creative eye for hospitality and lifestyle content
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with team members
  • Experience with Canva or basic graphic design is a plus, but not required
  • Any prior experience in hospitality marketing, social media management, photography, or content creation is valued but not necessary

What we offer:

  • Full training provided – no prior experience necessary
  • Access to marketing tools and equipment (such as a company phone if needed)
  • Hands-on experience in hospitality marketing and content creation
  • Creative freedom to contribute ideas and help shape the brand
  • Opportunities to grow into larger marketing responsibilities
  • Supportive team environment
  • Employee benefits and wellness resources
