We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help build our social media presence across all major platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, building brand awareness, supporting marketing campaigns, and growing our online community through compelling social posts.

Roles:
Develop and implement social media content plans that align with team goals and brand values.
Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our audience and builds brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels to respond promptly to messages and inquiries, fostering positive community engagement.
Work with other teams to support marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Track and analyse social media performance using available metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Grow and manage our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Work with influencers and external partners to expand our reach and amplify our brand message.
Skills/background needed:
Enthusiasm for social media and online community building.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with others across different teams.
Willingness to learn and grow in a social media environment.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter is helpful but not required – full training will be provided.
Basic understanding of how to track and interpret social media performance data.
