About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented person to join our Social Media and Marketing team. In this role, you’ll work with the team to develop and promote our brand through social media and digital channels. You’ll create content, engage with our community, and help build our online presence across multiple platforms.
No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support to help you succeed in this position.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and develop social media strategies across various channels
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent branding
• Produce 4-5 pieces of content per week (images, videos, graphics, captions)
• Monitor social media performance and use data to improve results
• Research trends and audience insights to inform content ideas
• Respond to and engage with community members and customers across platforms in a positive, professional manner
• Continuously refine our marketing approach based on performance data
• Learn and adapt to new tools and software as they become available
Skills/background needed
• Basic familiarity with design or content creation tools (such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe programs) – or willingness to learn
• Interest in social media platforms and current trends
• Ability to create or edit simple photos and videos – or enthusiasm to develop these skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Basic understanding of how different social media platforms work
