We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented specialist to enhance our online presence, manage public-facing communications, and engage with our community in meaningful ways. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving our website, managing our social media channels, and implementing marketing and public relations strategies that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and optimize website content for accuracy, accessibility, and user experience
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to promote engagement and growth
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, highlight staff, promote events and initiatives, and public announcements across digital and other media channels
- Work with administration to draft press releases, digital content, and public communications that align with organizational goals
- Produce regular newsletters for internal and external audiences
- Monitor analytics (website traffic, social media reach, engagement metrics) and provide regular performance reports
- Stay current on trends in digital marketing, social media, and public relations
Skills/background needed:
- Experience in website management or willingness to learn
- Strong social media management skills, especially Facebook strategy and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital content best practices
- Graphic design and/or basic video editing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part Time or Full Time
