About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms, develop engaging content, and track campaign performance using analytics. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in digital marketing and social media management.
What You’ll Do
• Develop, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content including graphics and videos that resonate with audiences
• Work with team members to design digital campaigns and track their success
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and search platforms
• Assist with email newsletters, website updates, and other digital communications
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices
• Contribute ideas and creative concepts to team meetings and strategy sessions
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency
• Ability to understand basic analytics and interpret performance data
• Motivated and goal-oriented approach to work
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
Nice to Have
• Experience with paid advertising platforms
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva
• Email marketing experience
• Video editing or content creation skills
