• Manage YouTube and social media projects for multiple stakeholders, keeping everything organised and on track
• Work with event marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that align with broader marketing goals
• Track and analyse week-to-week performance using YouTube analytics and social engagement data, then adapt strategies based on what you learn
• Stay informed about platform trends, new content formats, algorithm changes, and YouTube best practices to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
• Partner with design and video teams to create YouTube-optimised content and assets
• Support team recruitment, training, and onboarding for video, YouTube, and related roles
• Help oversee on-site marketing efforts during events, including livestreaming, real-time content capture, and post-event recaps
• Manage approvals for all marketing and media assets to ensure timely delivery
• Recommend process improvements to streamline the marketing and content workflow
